Meet the Founder
Frank Melo
Mr. Frank Melo was President of CCIM Miami Chapter (one of the largest commercial real estate networks in the world) and has been an active real estate broker since 2000.
Melo has been in property management since 1998 starting in Miami Beach. He holds a Master’s in International Real Estate and a Political science BA, both from Florida International University. Mr. Melo is also married and a father to three children.
His company, Centurion, manages properties across multifamily and retail assets class exclusively. At the present time, his management company controls over 600 residential units in Miami. The properties are operated with a team of 15+ employees and agents. Within his company, employees hold Certified Management licenses and HUD real estate agent licenses. Mr. Melo was recognized as a 30 under 30 by the National Association of Realtors.
Formerly, Melo held a position as an agent of the Department of Transportation in Florida where he purchased over $400 million on behalf of the state.
